1 - 4 employees / 550 euros per year
5 - 10 employees / 1100 euros per year
11 - 20 employees / 1800 euros per year

Membership term:
Membership fee invoices are issued in the first quarter of the year with a term of payment of 30 days. PDA membership continues for an indefinite period of time unless PDA member resigns from membership by written notice addressed and delivered to the President at the latest two months before the end of a year or unless membership is terminated by the PDA.
Applicant’s declaration:
1. We apply for membership of the PDA and understand that membership will be subject to the PDA statutes published on the PDA website (available on request). 2. We agree to pay the PDA membership fees as set out above. 3. We agree to give two months written notice of termination before the end of the year. 4. We certify that the information set out above is true. 5. In addition to this application form we send a documentation (pdf-format) showing at least five examples of relevant design projects completed in the last three years by the above company.
